Topic for my next LTTE - what do you think? |
|
In America, medicine is a business first and health care second. We are the only country in the industrialized world with our priorities so out of whack in this important area.

care needs of the average American because of the way they have to raise funds from the corporations to run for office. This causes the priorities of the law makers to get out of wack. When you say "we" it implicates that the ordinary American is guilty of this. I heard a figure this morning on the radio that each Congress rep and Senator have to raise $30,000 a day to run for office.
