I realize there are legal issues involved but they will be revealed regardless of their intentions. If it was me I would get my story out and define myself before Herman Cain and his acolytes define me.

2. Cain Already Breached The Confidentiality Agreement By Besmirching The Complainant |

He already characterized her as an incompetent liar.

4. I'm Reminded Of Kate Faber |
|
Kate Faber was the accuser of Kobe Bryant in his sexual assault case. Of course, victims of sexual assault are not "identified" in the "press". That didn't stop the tabloids from discovering who she was and plastering the most salacious stories about her in their papers.
What's to stop The Enquirer or another tabloid from identifying her. They need to stay ahead of this story. They are the victims not the lech who harassed them.

5. Not that I don't agree in principal, without knowing what is in that document, it isn't right to |
|
throw out general statements about what she should or shouldn't do. Since she has asked to be let out of the agreement to tell her side of the story, it is obvious that she is legally represented. She should follow the advice of her lawyer.

6. It's Only A Matter Of Time Before Their Identities Are Revealed |
|
Come to think of it the accuser in the William Kennedy Smith sexual assault case was revealed against her will and with the same salacious stories appearing about her in the tabloids.

7. Would you have the $35,000 to do so? |
|
Because, you'd probably be legally bound to pay back the settlement you accepted in order to keep your mouth shut. Fair? No - not at all, but legally, you agreed to it.
I'm sure if Cain becomes the actual GOP nominee, someone will magically give these women the needed $$$ to break the contract - but as it stands right now, it's probably not neccessary. Cain is going to disappear quicker then a magician on stage in Las Vegas.
