Scott Pelley on CBS News: Zachary Taylor used First Lady term 1st in Dolley Madison eulogy in 1894.
Just now (Friday). Since Dolley Madison died in 1849, and President Zachary Taylor in 1850, that makes for a nice trick.

Methinks he misread his teleprompter.

I did check and find out that he did deliver a eulogy, but there are no known copies.
so it's not confirmable, but the legend is that he said it. but it is at least possible that he said it, but not provable.
