| This morning's Morning Joe, best frame on Newt yet |
|
They kept saying Newt is disconnected from reality, and they were making fun of his unbelievable grandiosity. This stemmed from Newt saying he was responsible for taking down the Soviet Union. I think this would be the best way to defeat Newt: a montage of his grandiose proclamations about himself and his disconnection to reality. I don't think the flip flopping has legs since it has been used so often on so many and since Romney already has that narrative. Newt as scam artist and cashing in on his political service would be another good theme.

| 3. If you don't like Cain, then go to Newt. |
|
He only had something like two affairs. Watching the Republicans scramble around to find a candidate - any candidate - is a sad affair to be watching. So sad I love it.

| 7. Hell, if Gore's "inventing" the internet |
|
Could derail him then everything Newt has said about himself should bury him... if politics were played by such nice, neat rules that is. :)

The GOP is always trying to go backwards in time and nothing set you back further than Newt.

I love it when he says he has nothing personal against Newt Gingrich when he clearly does.
