Heh. Some of the Freepnuts are in full denial mode regarding Cain. Enjoy. |
|
To: Free ThinkerNY Call me crazy..I thinnk he is going to stay in. I think that Mrs. Cain is supporting him 100%. I don’t think she believes he did anything wrong and I don’t think he did either.
He’s never been about pleasing the media or GOP. He has always been about what “we the people” want him to do.
When the race started, I wanted a businessman and an outsider. I am not going to go jello-legs over rumors. If I want him to be strong and true..the least I can do as a supporter is stay strong and true to the candidate that my gut tells me is right for America now.
If we don’t turn this economy around pronto..what else matters? As a CEO, Cain had to bring opposing sides together and find solutions..isn’t that what we need now? R. Reagan was no mastermind on foreign affairs when he started. He surrounded himself with the best and had the guts to make the big calls. Cain has the guts and I think he will have some big hitters surrounding him.
That’s my rant..thanks for the vent time!

I will call your rant and raise you one. Don't think for a moment that L. Lin Wood doesn't have a team out trying to identify the source of the deep ops effort against Cain.
I hope he stays in and in addition definitively identifies the organization that has been digging into his background and "encouraging" these women to come forward.

To: gov_bean_ counter I have a very funny, but good feeling that Mr. Cain has set up the media here with Ms. White (i.e., she’s in on the scam). How better to absolutely nuke the LSM than by clandestinely dangling another bimbo out there to see who on the opposition bites and who is supporting her outing of Mr. Cain. She may well be part of the strategic plan.
Stranger things have happened, and all of us would cheer the result.
It would expose the LSM for what they are and destroy any possibility of future stunts.

To: Free ThinkerNY If Cain was planning to withdraw, he wouldn't be putting it off until tomorrow. Something else is afoot.

4. When you commit your support and believe in a candidate, this is not surprising |
|
There were people who believed in Edwards up until his August 2008 confession - and even then looked for excuses.
The pattern of Cain's denials of the Wight charges sound like he thinks he can paraphrase Bill Clinton lines on Flowers. However, Cain is not Bill Clinton and he does not have the sympathy and support of the media that Clinton had at that point - though not later.

Cain he says has never been about pleasing the media or GOP and he's right because Cain seems to have been intent on pleasing Ginger. As for stillafreemind comments, I don't think freepers should be encouraging anyone on Team Cain to do probing and deep ops, I think Cain has done enough probing and deep ops already.

8. yesterday limbaugh explained cain's value to the GOP, probably as VP |
|
maybe he was pointing it out to keep people on board or maybe he had given up and just thought he would get some points for 'strategery' but basically he explained what the GOP/heritage foundation bunch was thinking- that getting even a small part of the black vote could make the difference..... that's what they're thinking anyway
