The bottom is terrific and she is tall enough to pull it off.

I think that this goes on my Michelle Obama "greatest hits" list, which includes her inauguration ensemble and the white sundress with bands of pink and orange that she wore during her trip to Africa.

Her new stylist seems to recommend fashionable, but not "way out," ensembles.

8. When I was a little kid, I saw Barbara Cook in The Music Man.

I was young enough that I don't remember where, went with my parents, was in some huge tent, and it was a live production. Van Johnson was Professor Harold Hill... It was very impressive, still sticks in my mind and is still my favorite musical. :D

I like the look just the way she does it. Not many people could carry those long earrings as beautifully as she does, and I really like the way they point the way to her beautiful neck, shoulders, arms, without getting in the way or cutting the line of her neck.
