NBC has aquired 100% of MSNBC, ending a 16 yr partnership with MSN. |

I wond if this will mean a change in editorial policy, which seems to have been following the polls, especially at the Presidential level.
During the Bush years, MSNBC leaned far right and pro-Bush, until about 2006, moderating some after Dummya was far down in the polls. The original exception was Olberman, who penetrated the RW unanamity (until then) in 2003.
Now, its later afternoons and evenings are pro-establishment Democrats.
However, NBC News, which has always had oversight over MSNBC, is Republican. Not wingnuts--at least not while on the air--but on air slanting Republican, sometimes subtlely, sometimes not so subtlely. (I LMHO when I googled something and got led to some conservative website where someone was claiming that Brokaw had admitted on the air that he and Matt Lauer were Democrats.)
