manage to have a zero post count since 2008, despite obviously having posted.

Shouldn't the post count show as 1, at the very least?

The Left Underground board is no more because of spam. Maybe that will be how they end DU2? If so, damned shame.

okay, as I thought, posts counts are not changing with each post. not to say the server won't update the total in a day, but I doubt it. My post count was 19771 before I posted this one.

as for who that poster is, all I can say is he was sitting on an unused account since 2008. when those types of accounts were used in the past, it usually was done by someone who had been nuked off DU. I have no idea why he waited four years to use the account, but honestly if I was given mod powers back, I'd nuke the Acct for the spam quality of the messy text.

I had not noticed anything at all about post counts in general.

On checking mine today, I know it is a much higher count than it was when DU3 went fully operational, but that is all I know.

That post is so long and so awful that it is either mechanically generated, like the posts that drove Left Underground into oblivion, or it is a deliberate act of sabotage, almost hateful, I would verture to say.

I think quite a few posters opened several accounts each over the years, just in case they ever got banned. The more clever posters rotated them, so an account from 2006 would not suddenly show up in 2912 with zero posts.

Also, some posters whose names were familiar used a sock for their more controversial posts.

I cannot imagine putting that much effort into it, LOL! Besides, I am a little different from Groucho Marx. He said that he would never joint any club that would have him for a member. I have no desire to join any club that does not want me for a member.

Sometimes, a name that I don't recognize shows up with guns blazing and, sometimes, that makes me curious. So, I look up a profile. The results can be interesting.

I don't remember any of leftchick's posts at LU, but I do remember enjoying her DU posts.
