Wall Street killed Main Street and, now, Sesame Street.
Sesame Street laid off about 10% of its workers yesterday because of difficulties during these "economic times."
In this recession, it really isn't being green.
So what if Sesame Street brings so much joy, comfort and learning to America's young 'uns?

1. Sesame Street represents |

the dreaded "liberalism" to the righties. They hate it. They see any programming that promotes tolerance and community as liberal indoctrination. Without cruelty, bigotry and intolerance Fascism cannot flourish. There is too much kindness of Sesame Street, and black people, too many black people and Mesicans.

Oh, Joe da Joe McCarthy has left and gone away, hey hey hey.
Just when we needed him to Hoover the Communists out of Sesame Steet.
"Brought to you by the color red."
How on earth could I not have picked up on that?
