USE BOTTLE TOPS to seal a plastic bag or bread wrapper



WHAT A GREAT IDEA. NO MORE TWIST TIES OR RUBBER BANDS. This method is WATER PROOF AND AIR TIGHT. GREAT!

Cut off the neck of a disposable water bottle and throw the main part of bottle in recycle. Keep screw-on cap.

Insert the plastic bag up through the neck and screw the top over plastic edges to seal.

The bag is made to be air-tight, such that water will not leak, the secret lies with the top and screw cap!

Good for us and the environment too.

2. I use the old wood spring loaded clothes pins.

Simple enough. I never thought of your solution. I use then for chip bags, cereal boxes and anything that needs to remained closed. Not airtight unless you make several rolls of the bag.
Whatever way you do it, it is a good hint.
