the books of the East Bay chapter of the Black Panthers and
was killed for doing so(There is some evidence that Horowitz
was warned that this friend was in danger and did not pass
on the warning.)

Because the killing was not denounced as universally as it
should have been(or at least to the degree that Horowitz thought
it should be)Horowitz developed an insane, vindictive
rage against everyone in this country whose political view
were to the left of Attila the Hun and has devoted himself to the
destruction of the American left and American liberalism as well.

And he's never let it go.
