No link, sorry, but Sears (one of the more predatory lenders out there) has been known to come in after Chapter 7 and try to "set up a payment plan" to "pay off the debtor's account."

Nevermind the fact that the intent of Chapter 7 is to get rid of the debtor's account.

However, this is different. Wells Fargo is violating the terms of the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act (which is also known as the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) by foreclosing on the mortgages of deployed troops.
