... then, yeah, I think you oughta be able to document your claim.

The teachers I've talked to, all think NCLB is a crock.

And it seems real unlikely that W the Pretender woulda pushed legislation havin the effect of protectin teachers from being bumped out by replacement workers in case of a strike.

This ain't about what I "believe": it's just a simple matter of you bein able to back up claims you make about the allegedly glorious benefits of a sh*t law.
