42. I lived in a liberal town for three years...
You couldn't go out the door without bumping into another liberal. Everybody agreed with me most of the time. For the first year, it was exhilarating; I had grown up in a conservative state and I felt so "free" in my new hometown; the second year was OK, too. By the third year, I would have gone out of my way to have someone disagree with me. I was bored to tears most of the time. I guess some people just need a little conflict in their lives; it's a challenge.
