Snow said in prepared testimony that the Bush administration is recommending limits for the mortgage portfolios retained by both companies. Shares of Fannie Mae were recently trading up 8 cents to $56.85, while Freddie Mac rose 14 cents to $64.14.Did SnowJob just yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater?
