Frankly, the Republicans have been getting prime posts and democrats minor posts (like transportation). The Republicans should not be offered something as important as Defense again until the Republicans reciprocate with State, Defense or AG. This is just another example of how Lieberman thinks all important posts should be filled by right wingers. As cordial and collegiate as McCain is, he is a right wing Republican.
