35. That King-like pardon thing has gotta go.
The Omnibus Government Operations and Elections Integrity Act of 2009 will fix that:

* Public funding of elections.

* No campaigning outside of a 120 day election cycle.

* No paid media spots.

* Weekly broadcast candidates debates.

* Paper receipts, pin numbers, open codes, and on-line verification.

* Death penalty for election fraud or vote tampering.
