AOL executive Ted Leonsis, who as president of AOL's Audience Business focuses on increasing viewership of its Web sites

What in the hell does that mean? He is in charge of a department of people who ....what in the hell does that MEAN!!?!??!

Wow talk about heavy at the top. Why do they have a guy doing the WHAT part of the business full time when you could just take all the techs, janitors, secretaries, accountants, etc. out to lunch every other Friday and get the same results?

Oh and now they hired someone -another person- to assist him.

Amazing.
