17. Well it sounds awful but it actually is a good idea
Last week a report came out (from where I don't remember) that the US troops are not properly trained to detect false ID's and know what should send up flags. NPR had a report on this featuring a former Air Force pilot who now drives a taxi in Baghdad. He said that fake ID's are available for $50 and that without local knowledge it would be hard to determine who should be where. He said that hiring former Iraqi military would help ease the confusion.

Like I said this sounds terrible but for Joe GI over there if there was a way to identify who they are actually talking to it would help. Now how are they going to stop these ID's from being faked?
