Heaven help you if you have no health insurance and something goes wrong - as my daughter found out last winter when she was hospitalized for 2 weeks, and lost the vision in her left eye. She has over $50,000 in medical bills - plus the expense of a lifetime of prescription medication to try to ensure that the infection doesn't come back and take out her other eye. She can't declare bankruptcy because her credit is tied to her husband's business.

I agree that the credit card bubble is going to burst - but we have to do something about health care in this country.
