'08 plan is to turnover the last seven provinces to iraq authority by August while the troops are
redeployed out of areas under full Iraqi authority/control to the shrinking areas still under 'freedom fighter' influence.

'09 is downsizing.

no secret to this as it was made public several months ago but those stories do not make sensational M$M front page controversy
