12. I WISH I could find some of this stuff

at yard sales but so many people around here can that equipment is pretty few and far between other than from retail stores. I've also been doing this forever and, over the years, I've build up a good supply of all things pertaining to canning. And I just can't say enough about saving large relish/pickle jars. PERFECT for canning.

A pressure canner for $5.00??? I'm so jealous! I paid $100.00 for my 22-quart pressure canner/cooker.
