It seems like Obama has managed to do what Bill Clinton did. When some sort of thing like this is brought up by the media he has been able to have his response get as much exposure as the original charge.

Also after we have seen what voting for "patriotisim" has brought us with "W" the public is not so easily manipulated IMO
