Bloch is SUPPOSED to be helping whistleblowers, but he really was impeding them... So the FBI raid appears to be an effort to call him out, and maybe show/prove that whistleblowers are not being protected as they should be?

Or.... is the raid more about some whistleblower information that the administration is worried about and they want to capture and destroy any evidence before it gets out, and it just happens to be in Bloch's office?


It appears, since Bloch himself is under investigation, the first interpretation is the case, but you never know with these guys, what's really going on
