It looks like BLOCK is another Bush appointee where the Fox guards the chicken coop ---
but with notable cases like the political "talks" and the AG case, I think he probably
had some limitations about how much he could pull to protect Bushco/Rove.

Meanwhile, the complaints of whistleblowers seem to make clear that he was doing his Bush-duty
along most of the way . . .

I think this is rough play by Bushco to protect Rove.

This is a lot of pushing around of Block --- where they have also investigated his household!
