In some bizarre twist of logic, you say the tiny, defenseless nation of Cuba was somehow "threatening US security". However, according to this documentary in post #8, <http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x3324667>, Castro "...embarked on a tour of the United States, hoping to promote a better understanding of the Cuban Revolution. Vice President Nixon was sent to meet the new Cuban leader after President Eisenhower refused to see him. Nixon later wrote a memo describing Fidel as a communist who should be overthrown."

I think you're full of it. You are in dire need of some education on this matter.
