Should Bush be penalized for his crimes?

Everybody is giddy about a Clinton or Obama presidency. With all this elation, will this overshadow Bushes crimes and will he and his co-horts will walk away unscathed into the sunset. OK...impeachment is off the table, however, millions of people are dead because of this unject war. Don't we owe the dead some justic? Or are we going to be Christ-like and forgive him? I just curious to see how you feel about it.
