and the entire radio station was bought and made into a sports channel.
Lynn Samuels was the closest thing to non- right wing - and she was fired. Brian Lehrer is occasionally truthful on WNYC - but one day he started extolling PNAC - so I developed an intolerance. So, for some of us it's a first, a revelation, a luxury - a sense of freedom... I adopted a defense mode when WBAI went on the attack. Also there are some freepers on the Al Franken forum where the shows are discussed. They give me an inkling of the hatred and desperation on the right. I guess I need some time to take it for granted like you. For now it's a beautiful gift from the gods - and I bow daily, incredulously and extatic.  |
