Clinton "brought" the 8 years of peace and prosperity? Perhaps he just had the good sense not to f*** up the economy and burn our diplomatic bridges? I know with Bush our standards are low, but... between "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and 11th-hour legacy-minded acts, I see NAFTA, "health care reform," and a dramatically-weakened Democratic party, for a start.
