changing security procedures might have stopped this. (btw i am talking strictly about the security on the ground at the airport) if the airlines had banned box cutters for instance. or if they were profiliing arab males.

but the airlines did nothing wrong that day. the terrorists didnt breach security in order to get onto the plane. they were allowed to carry on what they did.
