it's not good news for our troops

I guess every person helps, but these troops that are getting ready to leave are not that many.

The rest of the world is getting more afraid of being with the US than of being against the US. That's probably bad news for all of us in the short run, but it could be good news in the long run. We may need a force from outside to finally wake us up and force us to become a responsible member of the community of nations. Let's hope that our pride and arrogance doesn't get in the way of our taking heed of the message.
