<<I read that you are not going to print the current Doonesbury comics, the ones depicting the amputation of the leg of one of the main characters. Shame on you. Do provincial editors, such as yourself, really think that turning a blind eye to the graphic reality of the Iraq war will make it become more palatable? If I look back into your recent archives, will I find much more graphic images under the guise of "news"? Our forefathers must be turning in their graves right now, when they see the sorry condition of our "free media" (aka corporate controlled advertising vehicles). I find it so highly ironic that REAL soldiers and journalists are losing their lives and their limbs to supposedly fight for Iraqi's freedoms... when are own are slowly being whittled away. Of course, the GOP controls the Iraqi media too, right now. >>
