Borrows $1.6 Million from a bank he sits on the Board of to be brought into ("Because his name is Bush") the new Rangers manaqement-sells his share for ~$15 Million.
Buys "ranch" in Crawford-wears cowboy hat/drives pickup- in December '99- completed Nov.7, 2000.
