14. I'm not sure it's a lock. Rudy is admired for his handling of

the NY disaster, but prior to that, he was a pretty hated guy. It's also true that the neocons wouldn't accept him because of his pro-choice pro gay stance.

Reich is a pretty good guy, but sometimes says thinks for his own publicity.
