13. The gullibility factor.
So lets say Bush didn't set up the CIA bull shit. Then its a matter of who was the most gullible and Bush beats everyone hands down. He bought it all hook line and sinker. What a sucker. Sure Kerry went along for a while, but smelled a rat and refused to vote for the billions of dollars giveaway. Bush is still trying to convince the public it was worth it.
