13. They could become larger than the Tories at least.

As long as the Tories keep choosing party leaders that the people hate. Kenneth Clark would have attracted more people; is he still pro-Europe or has he drowned in his whiskey?
And if the lib-dems talked about legalizing cannabis they would get the youth vote.
