8. some people haven't experienced - truly felt - have hit home ...
... things which could lead one to believe we've lost it ... I have had such life experiences, and as recent as 5 years ago, I had those feelings that we have 'passed the point of no return' ... no matter where I turned for help, for information ... the institutions ... the laws ... the infrastructure ... our justice and legal systems ... the money factor ... whatever ... I experienced 'a system' which didn't work for one of the 'of, by, for the people' people ... some people's lives are by luck, coincidence or whatever are shielded from such reality ... some people read the book and see the movie ... hear what others confess ... and, still 'don't get it' ... like the Vietnam War ... regrettably, for many, it took the flag-draped casket to come home to wake people up ...

... no, you're not alone ...

as long as we allow corporate good ol'boys to pollute our infrastructure; write our laws; control our lives; contaminate our daily lives with stress and angst ... things will not improve ... we need a total break from this corrosive, corrupt, negative, contentious influence

... we need a top to bottom law, institution and system review to map processes, behaviors, obstacles ... implementing best practices ... total process (life) improvement ...

we can reduce the stresses and obstacles to make life a little bit more human and manageable ... but, it will take some effort ... and leadership with supportive leadership ... don't expect the likes of Trent Lott or any corporate lackey on Capitol Hill to lead the way ...
