...never taught him to carry a handkerchief or find a kleenex. I've seen him sniff, hack, and wipe his nose on the back of his hand when he knew cameras were rolling. For someone with an alleged elite family, he's crude and rude. Did they keep him tied out in a shed while they taught Jeb how to be a gentleman?

I bet he smells bad, too.
