No space after "honest". I see you're buying into the latest fad of one space after punctuation. This is incorrect and unreadable.

"Are electronic voting machines accurate and are the rules consistently applied?" run-on sentence

'There are only three possible answers to both questions. No. Maybe. Who knows ?'

There are only three possible answers to both questions; "No", "Maybe", or "Who knows".
