Hi DemoTex,
For sure you treat your dog better than the gastroenterologist treated you! I pray your dear dog is able to be relieved of any pain or discomfort in the weeks ahead! He certainly looks like a precious guy!
Since your visit is more routine perhaps you'd want to consider having a different doc--as you might be thinking of the added headache he caused (yes he's responsible for his staff also) during this time of trauma. (The two events are paired and will always be remembered as such.)
