Did US troops murder Nicola Calapari?

Yes, in fact, they did. They killed him, which even in war is called HOMICIDE. Some HOMICIDES are classified as "justified" and "legal", such as in wars and state executions, but even executions in the USA are listed as "cause of death; HOMICIDE".

That doesn't mean those soldiers are war criminals; it means they did in fact kill Calapari and that at this point we don't know if the killing (HOMICIDE) was justified or not.

Someone gave those troops the order to fire 300-400 rounds at that car. Who and why? That is who is ultimately responsible for the death of Calipari, and whether it was a justified HOMICIDE or not is the question.

LGF morans should step outside their little fantasy world for a minute, and read the news headlines around the world; it isn't just DUers wondering if the bush administration gave orders to target journalists, including Sgrena.

Edited to HOMICIDE. ;)
