His father (passed away) was an 'ops', and an old room-mate of HST in the early 60's. A rather well-known person, in certain circles.

We reminisced about some old fascinating "stuff".

I mentioned Gannon/Guckert. Friend is not on the internet and only has a glimmer of the news of him. I filled him in on some pertinent stuff. He said it smacks of 'ops' to him. He thinks the porn stuff is BS cover.

Friend is a major conspiracy theorist-type (hahaha!!!) and knew much of HST (good ol' stories) from his dad, and I asked his 'take' on the suicide.

My friend's idea is that it was not a 'hit', nor a suicide. HST kept so many guns around, friend thinks the grandson (6) may have done it. The child "was in the next room", according to news accounts. Friend thinks HST's son may be covering for the child. Seems plausible to me.

Interesting to ponder, anyway.
