135. Children do NOT develop a bridge per se until they reach puberty |
|
The Gosch nose is a guesstimate at best. I used to fit kids for glasses. One of the biggest complaints of young children is that their glasses keep falling off their face and need to be pushed up constantly. The reason is that they have no formed bridge. The bridge starts to form dramatically at the age of puberty and by the time a kid is a teenager it is pretty well set. Gosch was NOT old enough to determine his bridge because he hadn't reached puberty yet when he was taken. The 12 year old photo is a rendition based on the bridges of his mother and father as models. The picture of Noreen Gosch, however, reveals that smaller bridge. I think that enhancement of Gosch as a twelve year old is far too swayed toward his father. My son is around the same age and right now, he looks MUCH more like me than his father.
