Want to know how? I told them what it was, where it is at and when it starts. Thats all I had to do, because of two simple reasons.
1. They had no idea at all that this was going to happen.
2. They hate this war and want to help end it.

Simple.

In my city of Buffalo we are expecting 100-200 attendees. 15 extra people will help make a difference. Im hoping to have a contingent of 25 by this weekend. Im just one person with a lot of friends who despise Bush and this war. Im sure there are many others out here on DU as well. Tell them! Tell them all about the local protest nearest you.

Heres a link for local protests and actions, just type in your zip. (thanks Diamond14!)

Please, if you can't get out for some reason for your local action encourage others to do so. Support your peaceful protesters here at DU and wherever you may encounter them. What we are doing is honorable, just and in the name of Peace.

There is no more higher calling in the world of protests and demonstrations than demanding an end to an illegal and unjustified war.
