53. I second that recommendation
One thing I especially want to point out is the role of the Almighty Dollar in abuses of human rights as far as they relate to human experimentation -- the experiments done weren't for the betterment of life for Americans, it was so that a money-hungry doctor at a prestigious university could make money selling a cosmetic product (Retin-A) to millions of people.

Almost all of these cases -- Tuskegee, the nuclear experiments, the vaccines, LSD testing on the military -- are in direct violation of the Nuremburg Code regarding human experimentation, written in the wake of Dr. Mengele and the Nazis. The U.S. has shown that in most instances it is no better.
