DAMN these campus fundies [View All]

I'm at a medium-sized midwestern state university with a very sizeable population of Campus Crusade for Christ members (fundies) in the student body. They have massive meetings and recruit very aggressively.

Anyway on my way home yesterday I heard two of them discussing how they needed to mobilize to either pull down all of the College Democrats posters that have been popping up on campus before they "led students away from the Lord," or else cover them with Crusade posters. I didn't bother to stop and challenge them, or tell them that pulling down the posters was actually illegal and guess what? Today almost all of the posters are gone or covered up.

What is it with these people? If they're sooooo sure they are right, why are they so TERRIFIED of anyone hearing a view other than theirs? And why is it that my church (Lutheran) can't get more than two or three students to come to services, yet Crusade pulls in hundreds every week?
