11. Try being a Jew at SMU

Southern Methodist University, that is. I still think Campus Crusade was offering a Hawaiian vacation for the person who could convert me.

This is during gulf war I - while other colleges were holding protests, we had a rally to support the president.

On top of that, Bush Sr. keynoted at my graduation (with an inspirational campaign speech). They oversold the auditorium to the republican party, and my family had to watch from a CCTV.
