16. I took Wellbutrin SR and trazadone a few years ago, |

after the sudden deaths of my parents. I was on them for about 2-3 years, and they really helped. I took the Wellbutrin SR during the day, and the trazadone at night before I went to bed. One side effect of depression (i had been diagnosed with a major depression), is lack of sleep. I just couldn't sleep at night, and a side effect of the trazadone (also an anti-depressant) is sleepiness. It did help. I found originally that I couldn't sleep at night, and slept alot during the day. Cried all the time. Forgot everything. Appetite screwed up. But staying on the meds and seeking therapy, really helped me. I was on them for a couple of years, and then weaned myself off of them, under Dr's supervision. I didn't really have any of the side effects that you sometimes hear of, thank goodness. They did help if you need them.
