and no sources, just my opinion.
First, Hillary voted FOR the Iraq War, and Clark opposed it, so we already have a controversial situation, or Clark is not going to court the anti-war vote and leave the "red meat" for Dean to keep lapping up.
Second, assuming Hillary has ambitions for the White House in 2008, her chairing Clark's campaign, even as a figurehead, hurts her chances if Clark loses.
Third, I'd never have Hillary chairing any part of my campaign. It would be like having Lady Macbeth cook your dinner. She is ambitious and there is nothing wrong with that per se, but one must be aware of that ambition if one courts Hillary to chair one's Prez campaign.
