mean ! I bet you that 'she never bitches about having to work so hard either. She just wants to take care of her family. I saw a documentary on either LinkTv http://linktv.org/
or FreeSpeechTv of this family living in a hut in Africa and like you said she spent the entire day just trying to prepare meals and worked her butt off and her family was so happy and content to be together ! The husband did his business and she did hers' and when ever they were all together which was most of the time this family was enjoying being alive and together.
How many Americans really are happy or thankful toward each other ?
It just blows my mind how people either love with all they have or not at all....

Hopefully, your husband just was releasing nervous tension or something and really did not mean anything by his comment. Or if not your actions can move him to change his attitude. Love can wear off on others especially since you picked him to marry.
